This meta-template is used as part of portal banners templates. It should not be used directly on articles.
Parameters:
border= the colour of the portal banner border (default: #E0E0E0). See Help:Colours.background= the colour of the portal banner background (default: #F0F0F0). See Help:Colours.image= the file name of the image that is to appear on the portal banner, e.g. "ImageFileName.svg" (default: no image).imageSize= the size of the image that is to appear on the portal banner, e.g. "30px" (default: none)text= the text that is to appear on the portal banner, including at least a link to the portal (required parameter, no default value)textColour= the colour of the text (default: Black). See Help:Colours.
